This bowl impresses with the combination of the spicy Golden Milk and the slightly nutty taste of quinoa.
Ingredients
200 g | uncooked Quinoa |
150 ml | coconut milk (unsweetend) |
250 ml | Golden Oat Mix Drink |
1-2 EL | Agave Syrup |
Salt, Pepper | |
Optional | Dried fruit or toppings of your choice |
Step 1
In a pot, stir together the quinoa, coconut milk and Golden Oat. Bring to boil. Cover and reduce the heat to a simmer until the liquid is absorbed, about 12-15 minutes. Remove from the heat, fluff the dough with a fork and let rest for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Drizzle with agave syrup and garnish with toppings of your choice. Best served warm.
